Once your order is shipped, all tracking details will be sent to your registered email id/WhatsApp. You can also track the status of your order from the "order history" section on your account page.

Shipments are reflected as RTO (returned to origin) under the following circumstances:
- Delivery was attempted 3 times but it could not be delivered due to either wrong address or no one being present at the given address
- The address could not be found because either it was incomplete or the pin code was wrong
- You or someone at your delivery address refused to accept the order

Under these circumstances, our customer support team would try to contact you on your registered phone number. If there is no response on that number or it is not reachable, then the package is returned to the origin.

All orders are shipped within 24-48hrs after the order is placed.

Delivery depends on the location of your order, Once the order is shipped it can take 2-7 days to deliver.

In case of returns/exchange, mail us at wecare@fandomrealmstore.in to raise a return request for your order. You need to pack the product back in its original packing (with tags) and handover the packet to our courier person. As soon as we have it back in our warehouse, we will verify and issue a refund on the same account details used while making payment.

Please note that handling fee of INR 100 is charged for returns.
In addition, order placed during any sale. which includes free products, offers are not eligible for returns / exchanges.

We strive to deliver the best quality standards, however, in case you receive a damaged / defective product, we should be notified within 24 hours of delivery. Also, we request you to email us a photograph of the damaged / defective product wecare@fandomrealmstore.in

Incase you fail to intimate about the same, return might not be processed.

We try our best to deliver the right products within time, however, in a few rare cases if you receive a different / wrong product, please mail us at wecare@fandomrealmstore.in with your order ID & images of the items received

It takes 7-10 days for the product to arrive at our warehouse after the reverse pickup is done, after which it undergoes a quality check. Once it passes the QC, the refund for return or the exchange request will be initiated within 72 hours.

Please note if any promotional/coupon code is redeemed during a purchase, the full amount will be refunded as store credit. In case of a non-promotional purchase, the full amount will be credited to the bank account.

Once the product(s) reaches us and passes the QC, refund in the form of store credit will be sent to the registered E-mail and WhatsApp number.

For prepaid orders, the mode of refund depends on the mode of payment for the order. The amount would be credited to your account within 2-3 working days. If not, please get in touch with your respective bank.

Payment by the COD option is easy. Just follow these simple steps:
In the website, select the products you need to purchase, add them to your cart and then in the Payment & Order Review page, select Cash on Delivery (COD) as your payment method and click the 'COMPLETE PURCHASE' button.
Once the approval is done, your order will be dispatched.
